Missouri S&T strives to reduce its impact on the environment through raised awareness, improved recycling and waste minimization efforts. Our recycling efforts can only be successful with the full participation of Missouri S&T faculty, staff and students.

In 2002, Missouri S&T established a campus Recycling Committee. The objectives of the committee are to develop strategies for improved campus recycling, and to work with the Procurement office to establish the guidelines and requirements for recycling contractors.
